Border czar Tom Homan blasts Massachusetts Gov. Healey after Trinitarios gang ‘kingpin’ bust

Border czar Tom Homan took a direct swipe at Massachusetts Gov. Maura Healey after the federal bust of bloodthirsty Trinitarios gang members — and especially its “kingpin.”

“Sorry Governor Healey, I know somehow you will miss this guy but Americans and their safety come first!” Homan tweeted. He was referring to gang “kingpin” Enmanuel Paula-Cabral.

Paula-Cabral is the 33-year-old state-level leader in Massachusetts who goes by “Nelfew,” “Gordo” and “Manny,” the feds say, and he is one of the eight arraigned Wednesday in federal court on racketeering and murder charges.

Homan used the post to praise U.S. Attorney for Massachusetts Leah Foley, who announced the task force sweep on the ruthless gang. Homan added Paula-Cabral “vowed to build an empire through the trafficking of drugs, has officially seen his ’empire’ crumble.”

Healey has said Massachusets is not a sanctuary state, but it is a fact the Bay State is filled with sanctuary cities — including Boston’s “Trust Act” that has resulted in Mayor Michelle Wu heading before Congress next month to answer for the city’s lack of cooperation with immigration officials.

Healey has also come under blistering attack for the emergency shelter system that has cost the state millions with reforms still not catching up to the bills yet.
