The Loop NFL Picks: Week 12
Vikings at Bears (+3½)
The Vikings improved to 8-2 last Sunday despite giving up a 98-yard touchdown pass from the Titans’ talent-free quarterback Will Levis. That score by NIck Westbrook-Ikhine was the weekend’s second-biggest viral sensation, trailing only Mike Tyson’s bare buttocks.

Chiefs at Panthers (+11½)
Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs’ unbeaten run ended last Sunday with their loss to the Bills in Buffalo. Kansas City fans were shocked by the result because the Des Moines Register predicted they’d win by four points.

Lions at Colts (+7½)
Indianapolis rallied late to beat the Jets in Week 11, sinking Aaron Rodgers to a career-worst 3-8. The 40-year-old quarterback looked so far over the hill that, moments after the loss to the Colts, he received an offer to box Jake Paul.

Eagles at Rams (+2½)
The Rams have been surging since Puka Nacua returned to the lineup for Los Angeles. Rams fans are thrilled to see No. 17 back in the lineup even though, for most Americans, that number reminds them of Matt Gaetz.

Titans at Texans (-8½)
The NFL has announced that Beyonce will perform at halftime of the Netflix broadcast of the Texans’ Christmas showdown against Baltimore. The game is expected to set a world record for frozen screens.

Ravens at Chargers (+2½)
The Chargers rallied to beat Cincinnati in the final seconds last Sunday night in suburban Los Angeles. The result was especially disappointing for the 60,000 Bengals fans in attendance.

49ers at Packers (-2½)
The Niners lost to Seattle in the final seconds after Nick Bosa was sidelined by a hip injury. San Fran coaches knew they had to get their star pass rusher out of the game when he started shuffling like Joe Biden.

Buccaneers at Giants (+5½)
Big Blue finally made a quarterback change, with Tommy DeVito replacing Daniel Jones. It will be a big change for DeVito, as he’s going to have to cut back on the nights he spends selling autographs in Jersey bowling alleys.

Broncos at Raiders (+5½)
Las Vegas tight end Brock Bowers raised eyebrows by doing the Donald Trump dance after scoring a touchdown in Miami. Close analysis of Bowers’ moves indicate the standout rookie may have already taken too many concussive blows to the head.
