Read the full SJC opinion below on why alleged brothel “johns,” or sex buyers, can have their names made public. Of note, you’ll see 18 alleged “johns” signed on to fight against transparency. The 28 accused are “unidentified government officials, corporate executives, and others in positions of power, wealth, and responsibility.”
