Need a last-minute Thanksgiving solution? These restaurants have you covered

It’s almost Thanksgiving — the best holiday for those of us who love to be in the kitchen. But some of us prefer to leave it to the experts, or maybe even just take a year off from all the cooking.

Either way, we have you covered. Here’s a long list of local restaurants that are offering Thanksgiving takeout. Reservations and pre-orders are limited.

Red Cow

Heat-and-serve meal kits with roasted turkey breast, green bean casserole, mashed potatoes, gravy, whipped sweet potatoes, cornbread stuffing, mac and cheese, assorted artisan rolls and pumpkin pie. Each kit is $285. Feeds six to eight people. Orders must be placed online by noon on Monday, Nov. 25. Pick-up is from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 27.

Surly Brewing

A feast of lemon-brined smoked turkey, white cheddar mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, herb stuffing, baby kale salad with dried cherries, puffed wild rice, feta and cider vinaigrette, pentagram cranberries, milk buns and pumpkin pie. Additionally, a 2024 bottle of Feastbier is provided. Feast is $225 and feeds four to six people. Pick-up is from Nov. 26-27 by 3 p.m.

The Buttered Tin

Classic holiday pies like pumpkin and french silk, and more desserts are available for pick-up. Desserts range from $30 to $38. Order your desserts by Nov. 19. Pick up from Nov. 23-27 by 2:30 p.m.

Mason Jar Kitchen and Bar

Sliced herb-roasted turkey, sage-and-rosemary stuffing, garlic mashed potatoes, turkey gravy, candied yams, buttered green beans, choice of Caesar or MJK garden salad, and dinner rolls. Serves six people generously. $179. Order by Tuesday, Nov.  26 at 3 p.m. Pick up a heat and serve meal on Nov. 27 from 1-6 p.m. Pick up a hot and ready-to-serve meal on Thanksgiving from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Tria Restaurant & Bar

A three-course prix fixe menu for dining in on Thanksgiving. First course is a simple green salad, spinach salad or kabocha squash soup. Traditional turkey dinner, beef bourguignon or walleye for the second course. For dessert, a choice of pumpkin pie, chocolate pecan pie or house-made raspberry sorbet. Available from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. $49 per person. Kids turkey dinners are $24 per child. Thanksgiving leftovers are available for take-out, starting at $24. Serves six.

Kendall’s Tavern and Chophouse

A buffet featuring freshly baked breads, seasonal fresh fruit, roasted butternut squash & quinoa salad, fall harvest mixed greens, roasted root vegetables, green bean casserole, mashed potatoes, cornbread stuffing, baked macaroni & cheese, roast turkey & gravy with cranberry sauce. Bourbon mustard glazed ham and herb-crusted pork loin with amaretto sauce. A dessert display. $39.95 per person. $19.95 per child. Children under three eat free. Buffet lasts from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The Lexington

A dine-in special with roasted turkey, herbed bread, green bean casserole, giblet stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, honey glazed carrots and cranberry chutney. Desserts are salted caramel pumpkin cheesecake pie, apple pie and cranberry coulis. $47 per person. Special lasts from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Thanksgiving.

St. Paul Grill

A three-course holiday meal with a choice of starter, entree and dessert. Starters are pumpkin bisque, Caesar salad and acorn squash salad. For entrees, there are three holiday platters: oven-roasted turkey with pan gravy, honey-glazed ham with apple cranberry chutney and rotisserie chicken. Desserts are pumpkin pie, pecan pie or turtle tart. Other grill favorites are offered. Adults start at $39.95 and Kids at $24.95. Reservations are recommended.

Cooks | Bellecour

Three dishes to pre-order: pumpkin mousse pie with house-made crust, pumpkin mousse filling and topped with oat streusel, pepitas, whipped cream, and bits of gold leaf. Pie is $38. Brie en croute, brie cheese wrapped in puff pastry and topped with caramelized onion and apple. Brie en croute is $49.95. House-made black pepper garlic dinner rolls, slightly sweet “milk-bread” with garlic and pepper seasoning. Baked rolls are $8.50. Frozen rolls are $7.25. The dishes are available for pick-up at three locations on Nov. 26-27 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Chowgirls Catering

A free-range, maple-brined, par-cooked turkey from Ferndale Market, mashed potatoes, sweet potato soufflé, sourdough stuffing, organic roasted vegetables and zesty apple & bacon Brussels sprouts feast. The whole feast feeds eight to ten people, $675. A vegan feast option is available as well, $575. Caramel apple crumble, chocolate peanut butter pie and pumpkin pie, Kentucky pecan pie are all available for $52 each. Orders close Nov. 22. Pick-up and delivery Nov. 27, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Grocer’s Table

An a la carte menu offering charcuterie, cranberry baked brie, brined Ferndale Turkey with sea salt butter and herb mop, maple sage sausage stuffing, caramelized whipped yams, roasted brussel sprouts and much more. Desserts are salted caramel apple pie, pecan praline pumpkin pie and honey & mackie’s ice cream pints. A morning after brunch is offered from quiche to french toast bake, as well as multiple drink mixers. Pick-up on Nov. 26 and 27 by 5 p.m.

Create Catering and The Dining Studio

Logan’s brined and smoked turkey breast, traditional stuffing, turkey gravy, smooth potato puree, creamy brussel sprouts gratin with shiitake mushrooms, roasted heritage squash with pepitas and hot honey, dinner rolls, cran-raspberry compote and Sun’s pumpkin pie. Dinner for four, $230. Dinner for two, $125. Pick-up is on Nov. 27 from 3 to 6 p.m.

Breva Bar & Grill

Eat turkey breast roulade, focaccia stuffing, green beans almondine, candied sweet potato brûlée and pumpkin cheesecake with chantilly cream for $32 in the restaurant on Thanksgiving. Reservations are limited and recommended for groups of six or more. The Thanksgiving menu is available from 11 a.m. to close on Nov. 28.
