Safety Kyle Dugger, linebacker Jahlani Tavai and practice-squad offensive tackle Caleb Jones were all absent.
Dugger has missed every practice this week, indicating he will miss his fourth game this season due to a lingering ankle injury. Tavai was newly absent. He was not listed on the team’s injury report Wednesday or Thursday. Tavai has started all nine games this season and is the Patriots’ leading tackler.
Jones, who signed to the practice squad in early September, has yet to appear in a game this year.
The Patriots will release their final injury report Friday evening and fly to Chicago midday Saturday. Sunday’s kickoff against the Bears is set for 1 p.m.
