Patriots rookie QB Drake Maye officially one of eight questionable vs. Titans
FOXBORO — True to head coach Jerod Mayo’s word, Patriots quarterback Drake Maye (concussion) has not been ruled out to play Sunday against the Titans.
Maye was limited in practice for a third straight day and is officially listed as questionable for Week 9. Mayo said Friday that Maye was still in the NFL’s concussion protocol, though it’s unclear which phase he’s in.

Left tackle Vederian Lowe (ankle/shoulder), cornerback Alex Austin (ankle), safety Kyle Dugger (ankle), guard Michael Jordan (ankle), linebackers Christian Elliss (abdomen) and Sione Takitaki (knee) and defensive tackle Jaquelin Roy (neck) are also questionable to play in Friday’s game.
Kicker Joey Slye missed practice Friday for personal reasons but doesn’t have a game designation.
DT Daniel Ekuale, RB Antonio Gibson, CB Jonathan Jones, S Marte Mapu, WR Ja’Lynn Polk, G Layden Robinson, LB Jahlani Tavai, WR Tyquan Thornton and DE Keion White were removed from the injury report.
