Police investigating homicide on I-94 in St. Paul
St. Paul police are investigating a Thursday homicide on Interstate 94.
It happened eastbound on the freeway near Prior Avenue, according to police. The department said it plans to release additional information later Thursday.
The homicide was the second in St. Paul in less than 24 hours, though they were not related. The other homicide was a shooting in Frogtown Wednesday night.
Thursday’s homicide was the 17th of the year in St. Paul. There were 20 at this time last year.
