‘Ferrari’ – A Christmas Release Movie Worth Getting Excited About
It’s that time of year when we order a crate of mulled wine, search for our Christmas jumper, and circle all the seasonal telly we want to watch in the TV Times. But this year there’s something extra special on the horizon for us car enthusiasts. This Boxing Day, I’ll be racing to my nearest cinema to watch Ferrari, a biopic about Enzo Ferrari and his tumultuous life in 1957. Directed by Michael Mann, the plot follows Enzo and his wife dealing with the threat of bankruptcy, relationship turmoil, and dealing with the aftermath of the tragic death of their son. To make matters more dramatic, Enzo takes a huge gamble on winning the Mille Miglia, a race across 1000 miles of Italy.
Now if that plot is not enticing enough, what will really wet your appetite is seeing the retro Ferrari’s in action. Hope you enjoy. I’ll be going to watch on the 28th Dec, after all Christmas festivities are done. I cannot wait. Forza. Ferrari.
