What is marketed as 5G ( Fifth Generation) in Australia is propagated in the 26.5–27.5 GHz part of the spectrum. One megahertz is equal to one million cycles per second, while one gigahertz equals one billion cycles per second. This means a 1.8 GHz processor has twice the clock speed of a 900 MHz processor.

Governments and TELCOs currently deploying ( a military term) the 5G mmWave technology are not sharing or disclosing any global or national regulation standard for radiation exposure (non-ionizing) or selling the technology honestly.

Improved mobile coverage will help family and friends connect, access quality education and health services, do business globally and very importantly mobile coverage in these areas will be a huge bonus to the tourist industry. Increasingly tourists are not prepared to venture into areas without phone coverage and this will provide cover in some of the most remote parts of Grey.

Round 5

In April 2020, the Minister for Communications, Cyber Safety and the Arts, The Hon Paul Fletcher MP, together with the Minister for Regional Health, Regional Communications and Local Government, The Hon Mark Coulton MP, announced the results of the Round 5 competitive assessment process.

Round 5 is funding the 182 new mobile base stations which will address coverage issues across regional and remote Australia, including 33 base stations that specifically target Public Interest Premises such as economic centres and emergency services facilities. The Government is proposing to run an additional Round 5A of the Program. This Round will use the uncommitted Round 5 funds to continue to expand and improve mobile coverage for regional and remote Australia.
In April 2020 the Government released a discussion paper seeking feedback from industry and community on options for the design of this next round of the Program.

A more accurate, honest, and full media or political announcement would perhaps state:

“An untested Mmwave radio wave frequency, recently purchased at auction by Telstra ( 27 GHz), otherwise branded as 5G will soon be tested in your locality...stand clear please!”

Conclusion(s)

The 5G Public Relations soft sell has commenced in earnest, and yet 99.99 percent of the population may not be aware of what 5G actually is.

Without the most basic awareness and precautions, any persons or populations immediately become exposed to mmwave spectrums, now or soon at 27Ghz, and in 2021, the full gamut of the spectrum is to be sold to the highest commercial bidder in the range up to 300Ghz.

There is a macabre correlation here to recent Australian and global history. The testing of nuclear weapons ( ionizing radiation) in the US, the deployment of the technology and testing during World War 2, Hiroshima and Nagasaki and the subsequent expansion of the testing in the 1950s and 60s, across the globe and in Maralinga in South Australia.

As the Royal Commission into the Maralinga and Emu Fields testing revealed, without much result for the dead and poisoned Australian and British Military, this was a purposeful program to test the impact of radiation upon civilian populations and the environment.

Back then, the gallant and brave chief of the CSIRO, Hedley Marston, saw this treachery in advance, took extraordinary steps to protect the Australian population and was vilified for the effort of being a decent and honest public servant.

It was a Silent Storm then and its a Silent Storm again, but no longer do we have such honest and diligent public servants to protect the public interest.

In no uncertain terms, this same scenario of testing untested radiation frequencies upon civilian populations is underway again and with no surprise, the connections back to the UK are also present again.

Given that the typical analog or digital phone or wifi connection is currently operating between 700Mhz and 1850Mhz ( 3G, 4G, 4G LTE), and given that 5G is a misleading marketing term, which actually implies transmission and reception between ( in Australia for now at least) 27 GHz ( shared range with Satelite), this comparison of reckless exposure of a known in advance to be a hazardous frequency, can most reasonably be compared to the radiation experiments of the British Government in the Pacific and South Australia.

The propagation of the 5G propaganda is in lockstep and barrel with the CV-19 ‘pandemic’ and this review is purposefully not touching upon any geopolitical matters for the specific purpose of looking solely now at the specific technology and why the sudden deployment of it matters, right now, in terms of primarily your health and safety but also your civil liberties ( not the focus of this review).

Similar and same to the insurance ‘get out of jail free’ card held by vaccine manufacturers, governments and telco suppliers of the mm-wave spectrum have done their legal homework to limit exposure to an inevitable bevy of negligent criminal assault lawsuits in the aftermath of the deployment..but, of course, any breakdown of your immune system could arise from natural causes such as the patented CV-19 virus or future patented variants of it.

Concerned communities and towns offered Mobile Wifi offerings under the State and Federally funded Black Spot Program should immediately communicate their rejection of the offer if it entails 27 GHz (5G) or any investment capable of transmitting that spectrum. Regardless, health and safety data sheets from the responsible departments and agencies should be provided to all communities exposed to untested, unsafe, mm-wave frequencies.

The critical details of the 5G Devil most certainly reside in the details and the Australian Government, the national broadcaster the ABC and any politician or public servant not properly and fully informing their constituents of the current and imminent risk(s) are arguably guilty of wilful negligent and criminal trespass on the persons and communities exposed without due diligence or proper standards and testing to these radical and sudden microwave spectrum deployments.

The ABC is now consistently labeling anyone or any groups questioning the 5G rollout as conspiracy theorists. Mobile Black Spots Found in both city and rural areas, a black spot is an area that has a lack of mobile signal. There could be no signal at all in the location or not enough signal to place a phone call. Black spots are often caused by the base station not being able to transmit into a particular area. Australia gets round 5A of mobile blackspot program after round 5 undersubscribed

The mobile blackspot program will get a supplementary round 5A as the Australian government had funds left over from its round 5, it announced on Tuesday.

In round 5, AU$36.8 million will be spent by the Commonwealth on 182 new base stations, with the remainder of the AU$80 million allocation to be shifted to round 5A. Industry will be stumping up around AU$39 million for new infrastructure funded in round 5.

A positive from Education Minister Gardener ( Indaily article) is the plan to use fibre optic cable, which would negate the need to continue the use of industrial strengh routers in class rooms and enable safe ethernet to device use , personal computers and tablets. There is no detail at present to confirm the use of optic fibre to the remote locations in the electorate of Grey, at Present, fingers crossed.

There is insufficient information to present whether the proposed (P) 2008 upgrades were to provide upgraded 4G ( LTE?) or whether the delay since then and the 2005 initial auction of the 27 GHz spectrum frequency, a plan to use the NBN and partner 5G technology to transmit 27 Ghz ( range 26 to) via Skymuster base station to the two active receivers in Leigh Creek, to be made active to upgraded 5G end users, connection to the new spectrum, negating the need for the upgrade of the low-end 3G and 4G reception and transmission.

For this community, the questions to the Federal Member, Rowan Ramsey, and the Local Member Dan Van Holst Pellekaan, now become much clearer in terms of the public safety and the controversial sale of the RF Spectrum, and the pandemonium across the globe this is causing.

The simple question is for more details to be provided in the basic and fundamental interests of human rights and public safety, presented here and in other mediums not gaining the ear of the government, the ABC or the mainstream press.

The next question is why have the proposed simple upgrades to 3G and 4G proposed since 2008 not been provided despite dire requests from the community well after that time?

Did the removal of repeater station equipment owned by the public utility ETSA become removed after the Leigh Creek Coal mine sale and if so what was the equipment, where did it repeat from and is it still in place?

Does the introduction of a 4G small cell transmitter at Lyndhurst portend the intoduction of futher small cell 4G sites under the Black Spots program and are the members aware of published and legallly presented concerns of the introduction of small cell 4G transmitters and LED lights units installed by China owned SA Power Network ( over 200,000 across SA) as proposed or actual means of propagation of the the 5G frequency licensed and auctioned by ACMA and regulated by ARPANSA?

Do any of the plans or proposals of the state and federal governments under the Blackspot Program or other entail the deployment of the mmwave 27Ghz part of the RF Spectrum sold mainly to Telstra and known to be in a range potential of serious human health or death implications?

Have you, as members of Australian Parliaments conducted proper due diligence and acted dutifully and responsibly to the members of your electorates?

Can you now offer a personal and public assurance that development spoken of and announced do not imply the deployment of technologies or frequencies known to be dangerous and that you have been open to and have now been informed regardless in advance of these dangers?
