BMW holds 10.6% of the Ukrainian market in June.

New car sales in Ukraine drop -7.6% year-on-year in June to 5,155 units. Yet thanks to a very strong start of the year the H1 2024 volume is up 22.2% to 33,067. Toyota (-20.7%) is in difficulty but still a dominant brand leader at 16.5% share. BMW completely ignores the lukewarm market and surges 70.8% year-on-year to 2nd place, surpassing the 10% share barrier for the very first time at 10.6%. Renault (-28.6%) is toppled to #3. Skoda (-30.7%) and Volkswagen (-42.8%) freefall and round out the Top 5. In contrast Mitsubishi (+208.5%), Nissan (+55.8%) and to a lesser extent Suzuki (+1.6%) all sport fantastic scores. BYD (+631.6%) is up to #16 with 2.7% share.
