Qatar Q1 2024: Toyota Land Cruiser leads, Land Rover Defender and Range Rover in Top 10
The Range Rover ranks #8 in Qatar so far this year.
17,256 new vehicles found a Qatari home over the first quarter of 2023. Here too Toyota dominates the market with 33% share above Nissan at 9.6% and Kia at 7.6%. Below Suzuki, Land Rover is the best-selling non Asian manufacturer at #5 and the only one in the Top 10. Mitsubishi, Lexus, MG, Hyundai and Geely compete the Top 10. Notice also Ford at #12 and Mercedes at #14.
The Toyota Land Cruiser easily tops the models charts at 13.8% share, distancing the Toyota Hilux at #2 and the Lexus LX at #3. The Nissan Sunny follows ahead of the Land Rover Defender, hitting its highest ranking in the world at #5. The Nissan Patrol ranks #6, the Range Rover also excels at #8 and the Kia Pegas shines at #9.
