Bahrain Q1 2024: Toyota Hilux and Yaris sedan on top
The Toyota Hilux is the best-selling vehicle in Bahrain so far this year.
8,029 new vehicles hit Bahraini roads over Q1 2024. Toyota easily tops the brands charts with 35.3% of the market ahead of Nissan at 9.7% and Hyundai at 8.1%. MG snaps a fantastic 4th place with a 5.1% share with Lexus, Isuzu and Mazda in tow. Changan breaks into the Top 10 at #9 while Haval does the same at #10. The first non-Asian brand is Ford at #11 followed by Mercedes at #14 and Land Rover at #16. Chevrolet is down to a paltry #19.
Model-wise, the Toyota HIlux is on top ahead of the Toyota Yaris Sedan and Land Cruiser. The Nissan Sunny is the best-selling non-Toyota model at #4. The Isuzu D-Max posts an excellent score at #5 with the Toyota RAV4 and Corolla following. Notice the Haval Jolion up to an excellent 8th place, while the MG 5 ranks #10.
