Welcome to City Limits’ NYC Housing Calendar, a weekly feature where we round up the latest housing and land use-related events and hearings, as well as upcoming affordable housing lotteries that are ending soon.

Upcoming Housing and Land Use-Related Events:

Monday, 2/26 at 11 a.m.: The New York State Senate’s Housing, Construction and Community Development Committee will meet to discuss multiple housing-related bills. More here.

Monday, 2/26 at 2 p.m.: The NYC Council’s Subcommittee on Zoning and Franchises will meet. More here.

Monday, 2/26 at 6 p.m.: State Sen. Roxanne Persaud’s office will host a webinar for homeowners about their notice of property value (NOPV) as well as Department of Finance benefit programs. More here.

Tuesday, 2/27 at 9:30 a.m.: NYC’s Landmarks and Preservation Commission will hold a hearing on multiple applications. More here.

Tuesday, 2/27 at 10:45 a.m.: The NYC Council’s Committee on Land Use will meet. More here.

Tuesday, 2/27 at 1 p.m.: The NYC Council’s Committees on Public Housing and Oversight & Investigations will hold a hearing on NYCHA’s response to the recent bribery and contracting scandal. More here.

Tuesday, 2/27 at 6 p.m.: Midtown South Community Council is hosting a panel discussion called “Saving Public Housing,” RSVP is required. More here.

Wednesday, 2/28 at 10 a.m.: NYCHA will hold its monthly board meeting. More here.

Thursday, 2/29 at 10 a.m.: The NYC Council’s Committees on Housing and Buildings and Fire and Emergency Management will hold a hearing on fire safety in buildings two years after the fatal Twin Parks fire in the Bronx. More here.

Thursday, 2/29 at 11 a.m.: The NYC Council’s Subcommittee on Landmarks, Public Sitings and Dispositions will meet. More here.

Friday, 3/1 at 10 a.m.: The NYC Council’s Committee on General Welfare will hold a hearing on the city’s reporting of shelter eligibility data, as well as on a bill to prohibit the city from issuing deadlines on homeless shelter stays. More here.

61 Delmonico Place Apartments, Brooklyn, for households earning between $107,178 – $165,230

413 Throop Avenue Apartments, Brooklyn, for households earning between $85,166 – $198,250

1015 Atlantic Avenue Apartments, Brooklyn, for households earning between $98,675 – $198,250

2270 Bronx Park East Apartments, for households earning between $87,052 – $198,250

The Metropolitan Senior Apartments, Queens, for households earning between $55,578 – $122,000
