The seller, Monument Frozen Tundra LLC, is an affiliate of Monument Capital Management, which was co-founded by Timberwolves and Lynx co-owner Alex Rodriguez. Represented by commercial real estate firm CBRE, the 16.51-acre property was sold to Reacor for an undisclosed price.

The site, located at 4116 S. Lexington Ave., was built in 1988 and spans seven buildings with studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments averaging 723 square-feet, according to a news release from CBRE.

The housing community sits just north of Diffley Road near Eagan High School and Northview Elementary School and has a 24-hour fitness center, playground, swimming pool, laundry facilities and 360 parking spaces, per the release.

“Lexington Hills demonstrates the continued interest in Twin Cities suburban multifamily,” said Ted Abramson of CBRE, who represented the sale along with Keith Collins and Abe Appert.

Lexington Hills is the latest addition to Reacor’s Dakota County portfolio, which also includes Apple Valley and Burnsville. The investment company also has properties in St. Paul, Minneapolis, Oakdale, Coon Rapids, Chanhassen, Little Canada and Oak Park Heights, to name a few.
