
Police investigating shooting on University of Minnesota campus early Saturday
Minneapolis police are investigating a shooting that injured one person early Saturday on the Twin Cities campus of the University of Minnesota.
A person was shot and received non-life threatening injuries about 2:15 a.m. near the 19th Avenue ramp near Cedar Avenue South and 3rd Street South, according to an alert by the university.
Three men believed to be suspects fled the area, the university said in the alert.
The investigation is ongoing.
