OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — Jared McCain anotó 21 puntos, su máximo de la temporada, y el Thunder de Oklahoma City, mermado por las bajas, venció la noche del viernes por 105-86 a los Nets de Brooklyn.
McCain, el exjugador de los 76ers de Filadelfia que el Thunder adquirió en un canje este mes, registró su mayor total de puntos en cinco partidos con Oklahoma City. Encestó 7 de 12 tiros de campo y 3 de 6 triples en un papel como suplente.
El Thunder tiene a varios jugadores lidiando con lesiones, incluido el MVP vigente Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (distensión abdominal) y el All-Star de 2025 Jalen Williams (distensión en el isquiotibial derecho). Ambos serán reevaluados en las próximas semanas.
