ALL-SCHOLASTICS

BEN ALLEN

MILTON ACADEMY FOOTBALL

One of the top wideouts from the class of 2028, Allen hauled in 50 receptions for a whopping 750 yards this past fall for Milton Academy. He finished with eight touchdowns, as the Mustangs captured the Kevin MacDonald Bowl title. The standout was later named to the All-NEPSAC Class B Team.

MARCUS ALMADA

TABOR ACADEMY FOOTBALL

Almada was a core member of a Seawolves defensive line that proved to be intimidating for opposing offenses in Class B. His efforts helped Tabor finish the season undefeated and claim victory in the John Pappas Bowl. The three-star recruit will continue his football career at UCLA.

GIANI BOERNER

RIVERS VOLLEYBALL

A junior, Boerner averaged 5.17 kills per set this past fall for Rivers, finishing with a projected average of over 165 for the season. She added 3.4 digs per set. Boerner is committed to USC Santa Clara for beach volleyball.

PETER BOURQUE

TABOR ACADEMY FOOTBALL

Bourque was arguably the top football player in Massachusetts, if not New England, during the 2025 season. The senior quarterback powered Tabor to its second straight NEPSAC Class B championship, this time with a 42-21 romp of BB&N in the John Papas Bowl. He finished with 2,241 yards passing while running for an additional 688 yards as the Seawolves finished a perfect 9-0. He was later named the Gatorade Player of the Year for Massachusetts.

STELLA CURWIN-AMFITHEATROF

MIDDLESEX CROSS COUNTRY

Curwin-Amfitheatrof finished as the ISL’s cross country champion for a second straight season, finishing with impeccable times. This included the 5k (18:46), the 3k (10:40) and the 1,500-meter run (4:52), respectively. She was named the recipient of the Burns Foster Cross Country Bowl at Middlesex after leading the Zebras to an undefeated season and an ISL championship. Curwin-Amfitheatrof concluded the fall as a NEPSAC champion as well. The senior from Bridgewater, Conn., was named an All-ISL selection for the fourth time in her career, and All-NEPSAC for the third.

BRENDAN FARHAT

TABOR ACADEMY FOOTBALL

Farhat was a dominant force defensively for Tabor. During his senior season, he racked up 94 tackles, 24 of which went for a loss. The middle linebacker registered three sacks and forced three fumbles, adding an interception for good measure. A three-star recruit, Farhat is committed to Temple.

NICK FIUMARA

BELMONT HILL FOOTBALL

A four-year starter with Belmont Hill, Fiumara was named a senior captain in 2025, and he delivered. The tackle was named to the NEPSAC All-Class B First Team Offensive Line squad, as well as an All-New England honorable mention. He was also selected to the MHSFCA Super 26 All-State Team. Fiumara is committed to the University of North Carolina (Chapel Hill).

FRANKIE FORREST

MIDDLESEX FOOTBALL

Considered one of the top running backs in the NEPSAC ranks, Forrest finished with 151 carries for 865 yards, racking up 11 touchdowns in 2025. The senior captain added 24 receptions for 289 yards and three more scores, and returned a punt for a touchdown as he concluded the fall with 1,500 all-purpose yards. Defensively, as a safety, he recorded 78 tackles, four of which went for a loss. He had 12 pass breakups, while registering a forced fumble. Forrest is bound for Union College, where he will continue his football career while also playing lacrosse.

CARTER GOODEN

TABOR ACADEMY FOOTBALL

One of the top defensive linemen in the NEPSAC ranks, Gooden erupted for 14 sacks in 2025. He racked up 67 tackles, 40 of which went for a loss (nearly 60%). He forced six fumbles and two safeties, as Tabor captured the Class B championship. Gooden is committed to Tennessee as a four-star recruit.

MADDIE JAEGER

NOBLE & GREENOUGH FIELD HOCKEY

Jaeger was a standout on the defensive end for Nobles, helping the team go 15-4 and reach the NEPSAC Class B semifinals. She was named the ISL MVP and also plays ice hockey for Nobles. She is committed to continue her career at Providence College.

GIO JOSEPH

MILTON ACADEMY FOOTBALL

An electrifying defensive back with big play capability, Joseph corralled six interceptions for Milton Academy. The senior returned four of those picks for touchdowns, was named to the All-NEPSAC Team and selected to the NEPSAC Class B First Team. The Mustangs’ Defensive Player of the Year, Joseph is committed to Harvard.

ADDIE KALAW

BB&N SOCCER

As a senior, Kalaw erupted for 24 goals to go with nine assists, finishing as the top scorer in the Independent School League. The Boston College commit led BB&N to the ECNL Nationals Final Four, and was named the ISL Offensive MVP while being chosen to the All-State and All-Region teams. She was named an United Soccer Coaches High School All-American. A member of the Class A All-NEPSAC team this past fall, Kalaw concludes her high school tenure with 63 goals and 24 assists.

SAM KELLEY

BB&N FOOTBALL

Kelley was a dynamic two-way player for the Knights, spending time at halfback and linebacker while helping the team go 6-3 and reach the John Pappas Bowl. He was named first-team NEPSAC Class B for his efforts and will continue his football career at Brown.

ANDREW KNAPP

BB&N FOOTBALL

Knapp played all-around the field for the Knights, seeing time at linebacker, tight end and edge. He finished with 53 total tackles, four sacks, one forced fumble and three pass breakups. The junior was named to the NEPSAC Class B first team and figures to be a big returning piece to the program.

MAILE LUNG

BROOKS SOCCER

A Tufts commit, Lung, was selected as an All-NEPSAC and All-ISL Team member, each for the second time. The senior was named the ISL Defender of the Year, adding seven goals and three assists for good measure. Lung was later named an All-Region selection by the United Soccer Coaches Association after an incredible fall season.

QUR’AN MCNEILL

MILTON ACADEMY FOOTBALL

Committed to the University of Buffalo, McNeill racked up 1,972 yards passing, while rushing for 220 yards. He completed 62% of his pass attempts, finishing with 24 touchdowns. The Milton Academy standout led his group to a 7-2 record and a victory in the Kevin MacDonald Bowl with a 35-14 rout of The Brunswick School. He was named a member of the All-NEPSAC First Team and a selection for the Class B First Team, respectively. He was also chosen as a member of the MHSFCA Super 26 All-State Team.

CESAR MIRANDA

NOBLE & GREENOUGH SOCCER

The accolades were endless for Miranda in 2025. A Columbia University commit, the center back was named the ISL Defensive MVP after fueling Nobles to an undefeated regular season and an appearance in the NEPSAC Class A championship. He was also selected as an All-ISL First Team member, All-NEPSAC Class A nominee, and to the All-State Team. The senior was recognized by Sports Illustrated as a member of its All-American 3rd Team. Miranda was also named to the All-Region Team.

LANDEN O’NEILL

TABOR ACADEMY FOOTBALL

Only a sophomore, O’Neill emerged as a star defensively for Tabor during its impeccable run to a NEPSAC Class B championship. He recorded 90 tackles, 25 of which went for a loss. The rising star also registered five sacks to go with a trio of forced fumbles and a pair of interceptions. O’Neill, a multi-sport athlete at Tabor, is also a leader in lacrosse.

SEEDI SHERRIFF

ST. MARK’S FOOTBALL

A Stonehill commit, Sheriff was named the NEPSAC Class C Lineman of the Year. As an offensive guard, he was a brute force for St. Mark’s in the passing and running games. Defensively, as a tackle, the senior recorded 43 tackles, with 20 going for a loss. He added 16 quarterback pressures and half a sack, bringing in one fumble recovery as the Lions finished 7-2. His team later made an appearance in the Joe Lang Bowl. An All-NEPSAC Football Team selection, Sheriff was a two-time ISL wrestling champion in the 285-pound weight class.

VINCE SNOONIAN

BB&N FOOTBALL

Snoonian was the ultimate weapon for BB&N during a season in which the Knights made an appearance in the John Papas Bowl. He finished with 440 yards offensively to go with a touchdown as a wideout. He was named to the NEPSAC Class B First Team defense as a linebacker, finishing with 57 tackles and 8.5 sacks. He was also 5-of-5 on field goal attempts. The senior was later named a NEPSAC Class B First Teamer on offense as a kicker. Snoonian is committed to Cornell, where his football career will continue.

C.J. TALABI-OATES

THAYER FOOTBALL

Talabi-Oates erupted for 14.5 sacks in just eight games with Thayer this past fall. He turned in over 30 tackles, including 17 for a loss. The senior defensive end and outside linebacker will be playing at the next level, as he is committed to Wagner College.

WILLIAM TRAUTZ

BELMONT HILL CROSS COUNTRY

A junior, Trautz was named the Independent School League’s Most Valuable Player after completing the second undefeated campaign of his career. The Belmont Hill star ran a season-best time of 15:36 in the 5k. Trautz is a two-time ISL champion and was named an All-NEPSAC selection at season’s end.

JAIME VEGA ESPINOSA

BB&N SOCCER

Espinosa was named the MVP of the Independent School League for his efforts on the pitch. He helped lead the Knights to a 13-5-1 record and is committed to continue his soccer career at Middlebury.

MARKY WALBRIDGE

ST. SEBASTIAN’S FOOTBALL

Considered one of the top offensive tackles in New England, Walbridge was named Lineman of the Year for the second time at St. Sebastian’s, this time in the newly-formed NEPSAC Class B division. He was a vital weapon for the Arrows in the ground and passing games throughout his tenure, finishing his high school career as a four-star recruit. He has committed to Michigan.
