ALL-SCHOLASTICS
ANNABELLE AVERETT
SWAMPSCOTT
Averett has been a catalyst for the Big Blue in her two seasons with the program as she won the team’s MVP award, known as the “low stick award,” twice. She recorded a fastest mile time of 5:07, a two-mile time of 11:23 and a 5K time of 18:34. In addition to her excellence on the course, Averett is the vice president for the Class of 2028 at Swampscott.
AUDREY BIRTWELL
NORWELL
Birtwell placed second at the Division 3A state championship meet and fifth at the Div. 3 Meet of Champions. She was named a South Shore League All-Star and a team captain. Outside of the course, Birtwell is a member of National Honor Society and the World Language Honor Society.
JESSICA BOURNE
WESTON
Bourne finished fourth at the Division 2A Championship and sixth at the DCL Championship Meet. She notably helped the Wildcats win the DCL Foley Division. Off the course, Bourne also plays the viola in the Weston Chamber Orchestra and is a member of the Tri-M Music Honor Society.
ROSIE BRADLEY
BROMFIELD
The senior standout notably won the Div. 3 state championship. In her decorated career, Bradley was a two-time top-10 finisher at the state championships, a three-time league all-star and has served as a team captain. She will continue her career at UMass Lowell.
KYLA BRESLIN
CENTRAL CATHOLIC
Breslin is not new to success for the Raiders, as this was her second consecutive season getting named all-conference. She was the Merrimack Valley Conference individual champion. Breslin excelled outside of league play as well by winning the Division 1C sectional race.
ELISE CASSO
FALMOUTH ACADEMY
The senior qualified for the state championships five times and medaled once. She set personal records of 4:59 in the mile run, 18:22 in the cross country 5K. Outside of school competition, Casso set a personal-best of 17:51 in a road 5k.
MARIA CHOPAS
CONCORD-CARLISLE
Chopas’ highlights on the season included winning the Div. 1B sectional race and the Amherst Invitational. She also became the Patriots’ record holder for the two-mile run and will be a team captain in 2026. In addition to athletics, Chopas is a high honor roll student and an All-Conference pianist.

LEXINGTON
Conrad was a force in the Middlesex League, winning the individual title and leading the Minutewomen to a team championship. She set her personal record of 17:18.39, which was also the course record. She led Lexington a Division 1A championship. Individually, she finished third at the 1A sectionals and the Meet of Champions.
KYLIE DONAHUE
BILLERICA
Donahue had a very successful individual season, finishing second at the Frank Kelley Sophomore Race, MVC Championship and Division 1C meet. She also notably finished fifth at the Meet of Champions and eighth at the MSTCA Twilight Invite.
LUCY DOWNING
HOLLISTON
The first-year phenom went undefeated while racing within the Tri-Valley Large and was named league MVP. Downing also won the Division 2B championship and finished third at the Division 2 Meet of Champions.
ABBY FLAGG
WHITINSVILLE CHRISTIAN
Flagg ran personal best times of 17:36 in the cross country 5K, 5:05 in the mile run and 2:21 in the 800-meter run. She notably finished second behind her sister and fellow All-Scholastic Emily in the 5000-meter race at the Div. 2 state championships. In addition to running, Flagg also enjoys swimming and cycling.

WHITINSVILLE CHRISTIAN
Flagg ran personal best times of 17:17 in the cross country 5K, 10:42 in the two mile and 5:09 in the mile run. Flagg finished first in the 5000-meter race at the Division 2 state championships, just ahead of her teammate and sister Abby.
EMMA GENOVESE
MILLIS
Genovese was named the Tri-Valley Small MVP and finished undefeated within league meets. The freshman finished first at the divisional meet, second at the TVL showcase and had a runner-up finish at the Meet of Champions. She is continuing to excel for Millis’ indoor track and field team.
GRETA HAMMER
NEEDHAM
Hammer finished second at the Division 1 state meet and second at the Meet of Champions. The veteran runner was the cross country state champion in 2024. She also has won the two-mile state championship in indoor track and field in 2024 and 2025, and the outdoor title in 2025.
ABIGAIL HENNESSY
WESTFORD ACADEMY
Hennessy impressed by winning the Division 1 Meet of Champions, setting a course record of 17:15. She was also the individual Division 1A Champion. The Washington Commit is also a five-time state champion in track and field, holds the Massachusetts mile record and finished third at the 2025 New Balance Outdoor Nationals.
MILLIE MCDONALD
WINCHESTER
McDonald earned a 19:00 personal record in the 5K and an 18:20 personal record in the three-mile. Individually, she finished third at the Division 1B sectionals. The freshman also earned All-Middlesex League honors for her performance a top-10 finish at the league meet.

NORWELL
Murray was named the South Shore League MVP for her excellence within the league and for winning the league championship. Individually, she finished first at the Division 3A meet and third at the Meet of Champions. In the classroom, Murray is a high-honor roll student.
LAUREN RAFFETO
CANTON
Raffeto was the Hockomock League champion and notably finished as the Division 2A runner-up. Outside of school competition, Raffeto was a top-20 finisher at both the Nike XC Northeast Regional and the Brooks Northeast XC Championship. In the winter, she takes her talents to the ice as for ice hockey team.
JULIA RAMSEY
WINCHESTER
Ramsey won the MSTCA Frank Mooney Coaches Invitational and finished as the runner-up at the Middlesex League Championship. She finished fourth at the Division 1B sectional, helping the Red and Black win the team title. Ramsey was selected to the Middlesex League All-Conference Team and is a National Honor Society member.

HAMILTON-WENHAM
Rich was the Division 3B champion and finished fourth at the Division 3 state championships. She was named Cape Ann League Runner of the Year and Hamilton-Wenham’s team MVP while leading the Generals to a CAL title and a runner-up finish at the 3B championships.
EMMA TUXBURY
WELLESLEY
Tuxbury is not a stranger to the All-Scholastic pages as this was the fourth consecutive year she received the honors. The Raiders standout finished second at the Division 1B sectionals. After graduating this spring, Tuxbury will run cross country and track at Bucknell University.

WESTFORD ACADEMY
Wedlake finished third at the Twilight Invitational and third at the Dual County League meet. Outside of league competition, she finished fourth at sectionals and eighth place at the state championships. Wedlake will continue her cross country and track career at UMass Amherst.
QUIN WILCOX
WAKEFIELD
The junior began competing in cross country this year and was named the Middlesex League Freedom MVP and was undefeated within the league during the regular season. She placed third at the Middlesex League Championships and had the same finish at the Division 3 state championships. She finished sixth at the Meet of Champions.
