Howie Carr: A roundup of ‘anomalies’ at Healey’s illegal immigrant hotels
The illegal-alien Welfare Industrial Complex has decreed some changes in vocabulary for the new year.
Until now, for example, any instance of welfare fraud, no matter how large, would be summarily dismissed by all Democrats as an “anecdote.”
As of 2026, however, that tired euphemism is to be replaced by “anomaly.”
As the dictionary defines it, an anomaly is “something that deviates from the normal — an exception, irregularity, peculiarity.”
Thus, in regime-controlled media in Boston, news of the rampant fraud among Haitians at those two tiny storefronts on Blue Hill Avenue in Mattapan is now shrugged off as “an anomaly.”
Seven million dollars stolen by grifting Third World freeloaders — just an anomaly. A rounding error, as they used to say.
With the explosion in welfare theft by illegal aliens during the Biden catastrophe, other new euphemisms are being coined.
Another word to be banned is “fraud.” Much too pejorative.
Fraud will now be referred to, indeed already is being referred to, as “error rates.”
And all the foreign freeloaders that Maura Healey and Joe Biden have welcomed into Taxachusetts — they’re robbing us blind not because of their engrained thieving proclivities but only because of “language or technical barriers.”
Oddly, those barriers didn’t seem to slow down the Haitian master criminals — described by ABC Fake News as “Massachusetts men.”
In their indictments, the G-men say the Massachusetts men’s monthly take at the 150-square-foot storefront went from under $500 a month in late 2021 to $500,000 a month by the summer of 2024.
Thanks Joe Biden and Maura Healey! They couldn’t have done it without both of you.
This is why the local Democrats are so desperate to jack up taxes on the working classes.
To pay for the endless Haitian vacations.
It explains why the hacks want to double your auto excise taxes, and increase residential property taxes in Boston by 13 percent. They want to do away with Prop 2 ½ — i.e., letting the voters decide how much they want to pay in property taxes. Also being suggested is slashing local aid to cities and towns. And putting new tolls on the borders.
And those are just the trial balloons Healey, Wu et al. have already floated publicly. You can imagine what mad schemes to beggar the working classes that they’re dreaming up behind closed doors.
Anomalies can get very, very expensive.
That’s also why the Healey administration is no longer putting out monthly reports on the billions they’re lavishing on their new entitled class of criminal illegal aliens.
There’s an election coming up.
But before the Ministry of Truth decreed that no news is good news when it comes to reporting the Third World crime wave, they gave us thousands upon thousands of pages of appalling incident reports from the Healey hotels.
Until now, Democrat agitprop has dismissed these 4,000 or so pages as anecdotes. As of Thursday, the Party’s fluffers will shrug them off as anomalies.
So this will be our final avalanche of anecdotes about the rampant crime and dysfunction on your dime. Next time we’ll have to call them an apocalypse of anomalies.
Everything that follows is from the 2,239 pages of incident reports from 2024.
Page 1,360: “When paramedics arrived, (redacted) was given two doses of narcan.”
P. 1,327: The Haitian “was in a car that was part of a shooting. Her daughter was not in the car but she was riding with her boyfriend who was shot and taken to the hospital and survived.”
P. 1,273: In a recurring theme, an unmarried female Haitian in the flophouse is pregnant. “The police are investigating given that the girl is under the age of consent.”
P. 1,244: Staff find a bottle of prohibited premium Don Julio tequila in a Haitian’s room. “On two other occasions wine and beer were found. Room also failed inspection due to unsanitary condition… (Freeloader) was in the hospital receiving one of her many required health treatments.”
P. 1,261: A fight in the lobby. “After police arrived, staff asked if they had someone who spoke Haitian Creole or Spanish. They indicated they did not but would be calling a translator.”
P. 1,270: Young girl “said she had sex with a (redacted)-year-old at the shelter but broke it off after finding out he had a wife. She then stated that he was having sex with other residents at the site, including one who was her friend, but she declined to provide specific names. Police were called to file a report given the age of the female.”
P. 1,218: “At approximately 10:40 pm police, fire truck and ambulance are at scene.”
P. 1,266: “(Illegal) threatened to stab her in face during the verbal altercation.”

The illegal welfare-collecting mother is enraged: “She came back to the case management room yelling at several of the case managers for not watching her children and threatened them.”
P. 1,250: Children return from school but mother doesn’t respond to their knocks on room door. Staff is called and uses a pass key to enter the suite. “This writer saw (redacted) lying on the floor face down. She was not responding to her name being called.”
P. 1,247: Routine inspection turns up a forbidden pipe. The Haitian admits to smoking weed, then storms out in a rage. “Moments later, (redacted) could be heard shouting and using extremely profane langue including the statement that she ‘doesn’t smoke (bleeping) crack.’ She could be heard stating that we had ‘ruined her life from the moment she got here.’”
P. 1,355: “Police were called and arrived to address the situation, along with an ambulance.”
Your tax dollars at work, four billion dollars’ worth, so far, and counting, now through the Home Base welfare boondoggle.
Just don’t describe all these horrific 911 incidents as anecdotes.
They’re anomalies. So says the Ministry of Truth. Don’t you feel better now?
