London (UK) H1 2025: Toyota bZ4X surges to #1, Omoda 5 lands at #3

The Omoda 5 lands directly in third place in London.

46,278 new cars found a buyer in Greater London over the First Half of 2025, a solid 7.6% year-on-year improvement. The best selling models here have gone to a complete reshuffle compared to last year. The Toyota bZ4X surprises everyone and soars to #1 with 2.4% share while the Volvo XC40 surges from outside last year’s Top 10 directly to 2nd place. But the biggest surprises comes in third position: the new Omoda 5 holds 2% of the Londonian market and even ranked #2 in June. Leader of the past couple of years, the Tesla Model Y (-33.3%) falls to #4 over the period. We also welcome back the Mercedes GLA at #7 and the Nissan Juke at #9.
