Luxembourg June 2025: BMW above VW, Skoda (+52.2%), Mercedes (+38.1%) impress
BMW is the most popular carmaker in Luxembourg in June.
New car sales in Luxembourg are relatively weak in June at -3.6% year-on-year to 4,169 units. However the H1 2025 tally is in positive, just, at +0.7% to 25,262. Like it did last January and a year ago in June 2024, BMW (-4.2%) takes the lead of the brands charts with 12% share, toppling traditional #1 Volkswagen (-11.8%) which falls to #2. Mercedes (+38.1%) and Skoda (+52.2%) both post fantastic scores below, while Audi (-3.6%) follows the market at #5. Ford (+32.4%) and Renault (+29.6%) also impress in the remainder of the Top 10, while Dacia (+107.3%) is just outside at #11. Tesla skids -57.7% and is stuck at #19 year-to-date vs. #8 over the Full Year 2024.
