
Person dies after falling at Purgatory Chasm in Massachusetts: State Police
A person died after falling at Purgatory Chasm in central Massachusetts Wednesday afternoon, according to State Police.
The person was pronounced dead at the scene in Sutton.
“Troopers have secured the scene, and the circumstances of the incident remain under investigation by the State Police Detectives assigned to the Worcester County District Attorney’s Office,” a Mass State Police spokesperson said in a statement.
