
A woman was struck and killed on I-494 Saturday night
A female pedestrian was hit and killed at eastbound I-494 and 34th Avenue in Fort Snelling on Saturday night, according to the state patrol.
The deadly crash occurred at 8:45 p.m. Saturday when the driver of a Ford Explorer struck and killed the woman according to L. Mike Lee, public information officer for the Minnesota State Patrol.
Further details will be released at a later date as the investigation is active and ongoing, he said.
