Photos: St. Paul Winter Carnival Grande Day parade makes Grand Avenue debut
After more than a century in downtown St. Paul, the St. Paul Winter Carnival’s signature Grande Day parade rolled down Grand Avenue Saturday.
Parade attendees cheered as members of the Winter Carnival royal family passed by along with members of the Cretin-Derham Hall Band, the Pooper Scooper Crew and the Hi-Lex Gnomes, to name a few.
