Two men stabbed near Boston diner, suspect arrested: Police
Two men were reportedly stabbed near a Boston diner Saturday night, with one of the victims suffering life-threatening injuries, as police arrested a suspect for the double stabbing.
Boston police officers responded to the area of 1003 Massachusetts Ave. — the address of Liberty Diner — for a reported stabbing at about 9:12 p.m.
Upon arrival, officers saw a person holding down a man on the ground, who was armed with a knife. Cops quickly disarmed the suspect with the knife, and placed him in handcuffs.
Meanwhile, two victims were suffering from stab wounds, and Boston EMS began medical treatment. Two men were transported to local hospitals, one with life-threatening injuries and the other with non-life-threatening injuries.
Due to the extent of the victims’ injuries, homicide detectives were requested and responded to the scene. Detectives recovered two knives from the scene.
