Here’s the Patriots’ full list of inactives:
QB Tommy DeVito (3rd QB)
OT Marcus Bryant
OG Caedan Wallace
LB Bradyn Swinson
CB Kobee Minor
WR Efton Chism III
There are not major surprises in the group. The only question was whether Chism or Kyle Williams would be active at wide receiver. Williams, a rookie third-round pick, adds speed and explosiveness to the Patriots’ offense.
It will be interesting to see who returns kicks for the Patriots and if they’d be willing to put rookie running back TreVeyon Henderson back there for the first time since Week 8.
QB Jalen Milroe, FB Robby Ouzts, TE Nick Kallerup, OT Mason Richman, DT Brandon Pili, LB Jared Ivey and LB Chazz Surratt are inactive for the Seahawks.
Patriots rookie defensive tackle Joshua Farmer (hamstring) and running back Terrell Jennings (concussion) were not activated from injured reserve ahead of the Super Bowl. The Patriots elevated running back D’Ernest Johnson and defensive tackle Leonard Taylor III from the practice squad on Saturday.
