Patriots-Chargers injury report: Four players return in limited capacity

FOXBORO — Five Patriots players sat out of practice Wednesday, but only one absence was injury-related.

Four Patriots players, C Garrett Bradbury, LB Anfernee Jennings, T Vederian Lowe and T Morgan Moses, are currently dealing with illnesses. DT Khyiris Tonga is still hampered by a foot injury and didn’t practice.

Tight end Hunter Henry wasn’t spotted at the beginning of practice but did turn in limited participation.

The practice saw four players who didn’t play in Sunday’s win over the Dolphins — CB Alex Ausin, OLB Harold Landry, LB Robert Spillane and LG Jared Wilson — participate in a limited capacity.

Wilson, who’s still in concussion protocol, sported a red non-contact jersey.
