High School roundup/scores: Walpole’s Bella Bingham celebrates grand night

Bella Bingham surpassed 1,000 career points as Walpole girls basketball earned a 65-38 Bay State Conference win over Wellesley.

In the Cape and Islands League, Marin Mooney led the way with 18 points as Nantucket topped Sturgis East 51-29. … Paige Morrison scored 10 points for Sandwich, helping it edge Falmouth, 31-30.

Polixeni Tsiotis put in 24 points as Winthrop defeated Northeastern Conference opponent Saugus 52-37.

In the Hockomock League, Alaysia Drummonds scored 18 points and Adrianna Porazzo added 14 points to lead Foxboro to a 61-52 victory over King Philip.

Alanna McDonald dialed up 22 points as Mashpee outlasted nonleague foe Barnstable, 47-44, in a fourth-quarter thriller.

In a Patriot league game, Dylan Hurley (nine points) went 1-for-2 from the free throw line to put Whitman Hanson up three points in the final seconds for a 35-32 win over Plymouth North.

Kallie Martin showed out with 20 points as Andover (5-1) rolled to a 56-21 Merrimack Valley Conference win over Haverhill.  … Lilly Phillips led the way with 24 points while making all eight of her free throws as Central Catholic (3-3) took down Methuen 56-39.

In the Dual County League, sophomore Maura Quirk collected 10 points and 12 rebounds as Acton-Boxboro took down Waltham 45-28.

Carolyn Collins poured in 27 points and seven boards as Winchester got the 57-41 victory over Middlesex League opponent Wakefield.

In the South Coast Conference, Elyza Wagner collected 17 points, seven rebounds and three steals as Apponequet (7-1) routed Bourne, 62-33.

Boys basketball

In the Hockomock League, Connor Houle dropped a career-high 32 points as Attleboro defeated Oliver Ames 72-66. … Dray Thielker poured in 33 points and nine boards as Taunton edged Stoughton 64-61 in overtime.

In the Commonwealth Athletic Conference, Kuany Kuany dropped a career-high 21 points while Mitchell Damas added 16 points as Mystic Valley rolled over Innovation 90-49. … Max Kitenda and Isaiah Ferguson each had 21 points as Lowell Catholic (4-3) took down Lynn Tech 71-63.

Burke Lombardi kept up his rampant scoring pace, notching 21 points to help Vallon Jeanty (15 points) and Gaven Smith (14 point) lead Nantucket (4-2) over Monomoy, 66-55, in Cape and Islands League action.

In the Cape Ann League, Grant Neal had a double-double with 32 points and 14 boards while Justin Flores added 26 points as Lynnfield (5-1) won 79-73 over Georgetown. … Rex Satter had a game-high 18 points with eight boards and five assists as Ipswich (3-3) edged North Reading 67-64 in overtime.

Upperclassmen Maddex Mendoza (19 points) and Josh Reidy (15 points) paved the way for Dighton-Rehoboth to secure a 64-51 win over Fairhaven in a South Coast Conference win. … Dom Taylor’s 24 points and nine rebounds partnered with Caden Rheaume’s 20 points to fuel Somerset Berkley (3-3) to a 83-40 win over Seekonk for its third straight victory. … Henry Svirtunas recorded 18 points with eight rebounds while Colin Cyr added 16 points and eight boards as Apponequet (4-2) defeated Bourne, 63-48.

In the Merrimack Valley Conference, Aiden Torres netted 21 points and three steals as Lawrence (5-3) cruised over Dracut 74-52. … Aidan Walter and Adam Mansaray each recorded 16 points as Lowell won 52-44 over Chelmsford.

In nonleague action, Brody Bumila notched 27 points with 18 rebounds as Bishop Feehan (5-2) defeated Wareham 82-76.

Mathaios Stamm had 22 points as Newton North knocked off previously unbeaten Needham 58-44 in a Bay State Conference matchup.
