Backup running back Terrell Jennings remained out with a concussion, while outside linebacker Harold Landry returned to the field. Landry has been banged up for more than a month, but has yet to miss a game this season. His run defense and edge rush will be crucial Sunday against a hard-running Bills offense captained by reigning MVP Josh Allen.
The Pats also fielded defensive tackle Khyiris Tonga for a second straight practice, a good sign for his chances of returning from a one-game absence with a chest injury. If available, Tonga is likely to start in place of Milton Williams, who remains on injured reserve with a high ankle sprain.
If the Patriots win Sunday, they will clinch their first division title since 2019.
Both teams will release their first injury reports of the week late Wednesday afternoon.
