Luxembourg November 2025: Volkswagen at highest in almost 6 years

Volkswagen holds 15.2% of the Luxembourg market in November.

New car sales in Luxembourg edge up 0.8% year-on-year in November to 3,482 units, leading to a year-to-date volume up 0.6% to 43,777. Volkswagen (+10.7%) cements its dominance in the brands charts, reaching 15.2% share vs. 12.2% so far this year. This is the carmaker’s highest share in Luxembourg in almost 6 years: since March 2020 (15.2% also). BMW (-8.8%) is up one spot on last month to #2, distancing Audi (+0.3%), Mercedes (-20.1%) and Skoda (-2.3%) all trailing the market. Ford (+161.3%), Kia (+108.7%), Tesla (+19.6%) and Renault (+19.4%) all impress in the remainder of the Top 10.
