Saudi Arabia October 2025: Hyundai Accent (+51.5%) cements dominance

The Hyundai Accent holds 7.1% of the Saudi market in October.

76,507 new light vehicles hit Saudi roads in October, a -3.5% year-on-year drop. The year-to-date tally remains in positive however at +5.5% to 696,904. Toyota (+2.5%) defies the negative market with a small YoY gain to a round 30% share vs. 28.2% so far this year. Hyundai (+5.6%) also performs well to 17.7% share vs. 15.6% YTD. It’s a different picture for Kia (-9.9%) down to 7.2% share but remaining in third place. Ford (+12%) and Isuzu (-24.6%) round out the Top 5 with very different fortunes. MG (+42%)  delivers the biggest gain in the Top 10, with Changan (+6.5%) and Nissan (+4.8%) also in positive. Below, GMC (+61.4%), Jetour (+49%) and Haval (+29.4%) stand out.

Model-wise, the Hyundai Accent (+51.5%) surges ahead to confirm it is the new favourite of Saudi car buyers with a stunning 7.1% share vs. 5.2% so far this year. The Toyota Yaris Sedan (+17.5%) is also in great shape at #2 with 6.3% of the market vs. 3.4% YTD. The Toyota Camry (-10.5%) hits third place, a ranking it would also hold when adding the HEV variant counted separately. The Toyota Hilux (+6.2%) and Hyundai Elantra (-13.3%) complete the Top 5 ahead of the Kia Pegas (-1.2%) still #2 year-to-date and the Ford Taurus (+10.8%). Notice also the Hyundai i10 (+34.7%) up to #9.
