Patriots add O-lineman to roster with starter now questionable vs. Giants

FOXBORO — The Patriots elevated offensive lineman Brenden Jaimes and defensive tackle Jeremiah Pharms Jr. from the practice squad to the active roster Monday afternoon.

Jaimes provides depth after the Patriots downgraded starting center Garrett Bradbury to questionable with an illness on Monday. Jaimes has experience at center and guard, starting three games with the Chargers in 2023.

Pharms adds depth with starter Milton Williams on injured reserve and veteran defensive tackle Khyiris Tonga questionable with a chest injury.

The Patriots have already ruled out safety Brenden Schooler and starting left guard Jared Wilson. Ben Brown is expected to start in place of Brown. Schooler is the Patriots’ top special-teams player.

Rookie left tackle Will Campbell was also placed on injured reserve this week. Veteran Vederian Lowe is expected to start at left tackle in his place.

Starting outside linebacker Harold Landry is also questionable to play with a knee injury.
