Stevenson missed the team’s last three games with a toe injury, while Boutte has been out since he hurt his hamstring during the Patriots’ win over the Falcons on Nov. 2. Both players could be available for Sunday’s game at Cincinnati. Coach Mike Vrabel said before practice will see how Stevenson’s body responds later this week before determining his game status.

Linebacker Jahlani Tavai was the only player absent at Wednesday’s practice. Tavai has played in the Patriots’ heavier personnel packages on defense and taken some snaps next to starting inside linebacker Robert Spillane.

The Patriots will release their first injury report of the week Wednesday evening.
