Patriots to receive positive injury news in Week 12 vs. Bengals?

FOXBORO — Head coach Mike Vrabel expects running back Rhamondre Stevenson and wide receiver Kayshon Boutte to practice Wednesday ahead of the Patriots’ Week 12 matchup with the Bengals.

Stevenson has been nursing a toe injury since Week 8. Boutte injured his hamstring in Week 9.

“We’ll see, monitor how that goes,” Vrabel said. “To me, when you come back, it’s just about the volume and handling what their normal volume would be, can they, obviously, do their job up to what we expect and what they expect it to be, and being able to protect themselves out there.”

Rookie TreVeyon Henderson has stepped up in Stevenson’s absence with 330 yards from scrimmage and five touchdowns in his last three games.

Wide receiver Mack Hollins has seen an uptick in production with Boutte out, catching 10 passes for 170 yards in his last two games.
