Hungary October 2025: Yaris Cross, Corolla Cross pull Toyota to #1 brand
Toyota Corolla Cross sales are up 195.7% YoY in October.
The Hungarian new passenger car market is up 7.7% year-on-year in October to 10,800 units, meaning the year-to-date tally is also up 7.7% to 106,755. Toyota (+14.2%) takes the lead of the brands ranking, toppling Suzuki (-1.6%) while Skoda (-20.1%) struggles at #3. Volkswagen and Ford follow just as Hyundai is up three spots on last month to #7. Renault is up two to #10 and KGM cracks the Top 15.
Over in the models charts, the Suzuki S-Cross (-15.1%) stays on top despite a harsh year-on-year drop, with the podium unchanged on last month: the Suzuki Vitara (+27.3%) is #2 and the Skoda Octavia (-30.2%) is #3. Excellent scores for the Toyota Yaris Cross (+120.3%) at #4, the Corolla Cross (+195.7%) at #5 and the Hyundai Tucson (+141%) at #6. The Ford Tourneo Custom (+46.3%) and Toyota C-HR (+26.4%) also shine below.
