BASEBALL

Ryan Baker struck out 12 in a one-hitter as Whitman-Hanson (5-0) shut out Pembroke 3-0 in Patriot League play. … Will Novak’s hard hit grounder snuck past the Panthers infield to plate fellow senior captain Matt Nardone for the game-winning run with two outs in the bottom of the seventh to give Plymouth North (4-0) a 3-2 win over Plymouth South.

Junior pitcher Harris Hadzihasanovic threw a no-hitter with 5 strikeouts, while Dylan Nguyen added two hits and three RBI as Lynnfield blanked Georgetown, 10-0.

BOYS LACROSSE

Cole Rodgers scored four times and is now tied for the all-time program lead with Avery Richardson with 184 career goals as Sandwich toppled Middleboro 18-5.

In a nonleague contest, Finn Racki had seven goals and Joey Cader finished with five as St. Mary’s of Lynn (3-2) won 21-4 over Lynn.

GIRLS LACROSSE

In nonleague action, Emily Keefe scored six times, including her 200th career tally, while Ashley McLarena and Grace LaRose each had hat tricks as Bridgewater-Raynham (5-1) rolled over Silver Lake 18-8.

In a South Shore League game, Aine Norton (five goals, three assists) and Reese Hansen (four goals, one assist) paced Cohasset (4-0) to a 18-6 victory over Hull.

In Bay State Conference action, Bella Duffy finished with six points (three goals, three assists) to boost Braintree to a 15-7 victory over Milton. … Sophia Fruci and Caitlyn Naughton each tallied five goals as Walpole rolled over Needham 18-7.

In the Merrimack Valley Conference, Kiera Fitzpatrick tallied five goals and two assists, which is her fifth consecutive five plus goal game, to lead Methuen (6-2) to a 16-5 win over Tewksbury. … Isa Robinson netted 10 goals to break coach Jenn Pino’s scoring record as North Andover cruised to a 17-7 victory over Central Catholic.

Elisabeth Stutzman (four goals, one assist) and Kyla Darmon (four goals) paved the way as Sandwich (5-0) remained undefeated with a 19-4 win over Middleboro.

SOFTBALL

In the Patriot League, Sarah McIntyre hit a homer and drove in five as Marshfield blanked Scituate 14-0.

In a Middlesex League game, Mia Basile recorded a hit with three RBI and Olivia Lounsbury smashed a three run home run as Woburn (4-1) defeated Winchester, 8-1.
