Pakistan March 2025: Toyota up 83.6% in market up 18.3%

Toyota sales almost double year-on-year in March.

Data by local association PAMA shows sales of new locally produced light vehicles in Pakistan surging +18.3% year-on-year in March to 11,098. This leads to a Q1 volume up 35.7% to 40,192. Note not all manufacturers present in Pakistan are members of PAMA such as Kia, Changan and MG notably and therefore don’t appear in these statistics. Suzuki (+10.7%) trails the market to 40.9% share but Toyota (+83.6%) shoots up to 28.2% share vs. 22.6% over Q1. Honda in reverse freefalls -34.7% to 12.9% share. Model-wise, the Suzuki Alto (+5.7%) holds 27.8% of the market ahead of the Toyota Corolla (+57.2%), Sazgar Haval H6 (+86.9%) and Toyota Yaris (+62.7%).
