Here’s the full list:
OLB Anfernee Jennings
TE Jaheim Bell
G Michael Jordan
T Vederian Lowe
DE Jamree Kromah
QB Joe Milton (3rd QB)
Some notes:
— Jennings’ absence will mean more work for edge defenders Josh Uche and Deatrich Wise, playing opposite Keion White. Losing Jennings, a top edge setter against the run, is tough against 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan’s offense.
— Mitchell Wilcox, who was elevated from the practice squad, will be the third tight end behind Hunter Henry and Austin Hooper.
— Jordan and Lowe were ruled out Friday. Sidy Sow will start in Jordan’s place at left guard. Either Demontrey Jacobs or Caedan Wallace will start in Lowe’s place at left tackle.
— Kromah was recently claimed off waivers from the Bears.
— Milton can only play if Jacoby Brissett and Drake Maye both get injured.
— The Patriots will dress six wide receivers (Ja’Lynn Polk, K.J. Osborn, DeMario Douglas, Tyquan Thornton, Kayshon Boutte and Javon Baker) and five defensive tackles (Davon Godchaux, Daniel Ekuale, Jeremiah Pharms, Eric Johnson and Trysten Hill).
For the 49ers, star wide receiver Deebo Samuel, tight end George Kittle and offensive tackle Trent Williams will all play.
Here are the 49ers’ inactives:
G Ben Bartch
WR Ronnie Bell
QB Joshua Dobbs (3rd QB)
SS Talanoa Hufanga
CB Darrell Luter
