Sow has been out for more almost three weeks with the ankle injury he suffered in the Pats’ preseason finale at Washington on Aug. 25. Since last Sunday’s season opener at Cincinnati, the Pats have replaced Sow with practice-squad veteran Michael Jordan, who again ran with the first-team offense in practice. Earlier Thursday, Jordan received praise from Pats offensive line coach Scott Peters.

“MJ is a consummate professional,” Peters said. He’s been around the league, I know he’s had some highs and lows in his career, but what really impresses me the most is his approach and professionalism. He works at everything, so he really tries to do exactly we want. And that’s showing up big-time for him.”

The Patriots will hold their final practice Friday afternoon and release their next injury report Thursday evening.
