Haley Carter had 43 assists and Addie Shelton contributed 10 digs and 13 kills as Attleboro defeated Bishop Feehan 3-1 in a nonleague contest. … Setter Teagan Geraghty led with 28 assists while Molly Gleason and Dylan Andrews got nine kills each as Barnstable (2-0) took down Newton South 3-1. … Sabine Wenzel had 16 kills and four blocks as Melrose (2-0) swept Frontier 3-0.

GIRLS SOCCER

Abby Chambers and Brielle Howard scored and Amelia Finley registered the shutout as Plymouth North defeated Sandwich 2-0 in a nonleague contest.

In a CMass. contest, Riley Mitza recorded her 100th career point as she scored four goals to lead Tyngsboro past Oakmont, 4-1.

Courtnee Pickles and Kiera Fitzpatrick each scored twice as Methuen rolled to a 7-1 win over Chelmsford in the Merrimack Valley Conference.

Tourney MVP Sophie Skabeikis scored twice as St. Mary’s took home the City of Lynn Championship with a 5-0 win over Lynn Classical.

BOYS SOCCER

Wesley Bunn had a goal and an assist for Dover-Sherborn in a 2-0 win over Medway in the Tri-Valley League.

Peter Cloherty scored his first goal of the season on a header from a corner kick delivered by Jacob Naylor in the first half and Arlington (2-1) went on to defeat Lexington 1-0 in the Middlesex League Liberty Division.

Tourney MVP Anthony Gomez scored twice as St. Mary’s won the City of Lynn Championship with a 5-1 victory over Lynn Tech..

FOOTBALL

Owen Sullivan and Arann Hanlon scored touchdowns and the Nantucket defense picked off three passes in a 14-7 win over Cardinal Spellman.

Isaiah Robles rushed for 144 yards with a touchdown, Isaiah Bueno added a pair of touchdowns, and Jake Conners knocked in the go-ahead extra point with four seconds left to lift Northeast past Pentucket, 31-30.

Danny Pierce threw for 151 yards and a touchdown, while rushing for a second score to give Bevery a 27-14 win over Gloucester in the Northeastern Conference.

FIELD HOCKEY

In nonleague play, Ryan Hallisey scored a goal and recorded two assists while Haylen Wilson had two tallies as Hingham blanked Falmouth, 5-0. … Addie Finlaw and Emily Carr scored twice, while Ryan Crook tallied four assists as Somerset Berkley blanked Durfee, 7-0.
