Reagor, Jordan and Hill all re-signed after being released from the 53-man roster Wednesday to make room for the Patriots’ new waiver claims. Reagor, one of the fastest players on the team, caught seven passes for 138 yards last season.
Hudson, who spent the summer with the Lions after going undrafted out of Louisville, coon soon rise to becoming the Pats’ backup center. Second-string center Nick Leverett struggled in the preseason and started at left guard in Thursday’s practice. Carvin and Allen are both second-year players, who were released by the Bears and Packers, respectively, earlier this week.
The rest of the practice squad consists of wide receiver Matt Landers, safety A.J. Thomas, running backs Terrell Jennings and Kevin Harris, offensive lineman Liam Fornadel, defensive end Jotham Russell and tight end Mitchell Wilcox. The Patriots can keep 17 players on their practice squad, so they still have six spots available.
