How and when to watch the DNC, including all the streaming options

For those looking to watch the Democratic National Convention next week, the public is unable to attend events at the United Center but the Democratic National Convention Committee on Tuesday announced details about programming, daily schedules and streaming options.

Primetime programs will be 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Aug. 19, then 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Aug. 20-22. Look for coverage on the major TV news networks, plus there will be an official livestream at DemConvention.com, available with English and Spanish language audio as well as ASL interpretation.

“The convention team set out with an ambitious goal of reaching more Americans than ever before, and today’s announcement is yet another milestone in our mission to broadcast Vice President Kamala Harris and Governor Tim Walz’s story to all Americans,” said DNCC executive director Alex Hornbrook in the announcement.

The DNCC also plans to host streams across a number of social media and streaming platforms, a move the committee called unprecedented:
