33 Massachusetts beaches closed today as downpours cause runoff [+link to list]
The Bay State’s bad beach monitoring system lists 33 beaches closed this Saturday due to high bacteria counts. Here’s a link to the list.
“If a beach is closed, do not swim or enter the water at that location to avoid risk of illness,” state health officials warn.
The list includes beaches from Ashby to Yarmouth, and Walden Pond in Concord.
