2024 Gladiator keeps Jeep consumers eyes perked
With Jeep Wrangler fans driving profitability for FCA/Stellantis, the Gladiator enters Grasso’s Garage this week with their Mojave desert rated edition. With the same clientele as Wrangler lovers who want a little more in their life, and to avoid changing brands, the Gladiator was born with a Wrangler cab and a pickup style bed strapped to the back. Perfect for off-roading, towing, grocery getting, or sporting at a Jeep fest, both the Wrangler and Gladiator accomplish similar tasks which keeps fans drooling for their next release.
I give you the 2024 Jeep Gladiator Mojave. Powered by their ever popular 3.6L V-6 engine which produces 285 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque. This off-road, desert friendly, crew-cab pickup, has tons of perks which outkick the competition. Unlike the Toyota Tacoma, Ford Ranger, Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon, the Jeep Gladiator Mojave boasts 285-70-R17 tires and FOX racing shocks standard which really gives that elevated stance, Jeep lovers demand.
Wrapped in Anvil, Jeep’s newest take off of the recently popular Army Grey color, is easy on the eyes, and popular on the street for an additional $595. For off-roaders, Jeep consumers certainly want uniqueness which confirms loyalty to the brand. Our tester included an 8-speed automatic transmission, Cargo Group with tonneau cover, heated seats and steering wheel, and technology group, and an array of others which added a total of just under $12K in options.
As FCA/Stellantis continues to drive the Jeep brand moving in the right direction. The Gladiator is a great option for Jeep lovers abound. With hiccups wrapped around the price, which has grown exponentially over the past few years, the Gladiator is nice but for a ding in the pocket-book. Exceeding Wrangler clientele’s wallets, consumers wonder if the Gladiator will stay in the fleet in the future. With sales dropping over prior years, the Gladiator seems to be a great choice, but like most things, that comes with a price.
