Lana Del Rey and Quavo Releases ‘Tough’; Teases Dating Rumours

The highly anticipated collaboration between Lana Del Rey and Quavo is now on air. The duo, after sharing some teasing visuals and snippets of the song, has finally released the music album. While the couple were also seen hanging out together multiple times, that speculated a dating rumour between the two.

The music video, which was directed by Wyatt Spain Winfrey, had the shooting location in Atlanta; it was the same location where the duo were seen hanging out several times. One of the fun videos during the music duo’s trip to Atlanta went viral. In the video, they were seen enjoying some of the fun-filled moments at the bar; it was a fan-captured footage who stopped by to catch a glimpse of their favourite singers.

Meanwhile, the latest drop, released on its planned date, Thursday, 4 July 2024, features the singer, Lana Del Rey and Quavo getting cosy in the scenic views of rural America. In the video, the duo were seen singing to each other while Quavo embraced Lana Del Rey in several footage.

Not only this but the Paparazzi, after the rumours were rife about the couple dating, asked Quavo about the same to which he said, “We’re having hits.”

“Like a .38 made out of brass / Tough like the stuff on your grandpa’s glass. Life’s gonna do what it does / Sure as the good Lord up above / I’m cut like a diamond shinin’ in the rough” the singer sings in a track.

Additionally, on June 21, 2024, the much-talked duo performed the newly-released album at Boston’s Fenway. With many social media comments about the duo dating, their latest collaboration can also be part of Lana’s upcoming project. One of her latest albums, Lasso, which is set to be released in September 2024, is also one of the highly anticipated albums of the year.
