Will there be a season 2 of Pokémon Concierge?

The first four episodes of the installment aired on December 28, 2023. Fans were eager to see more glimpses of Pokémon Concierge. On February 20, 2024, Netflix announced that more episodes of the series were in production. However, we don’t yet know if this constitutes Pokémon Concierge Season 2. Nonetheless, fans will definitely get to see more of the delightful residents at the Pokémon resort.

What is the release date for Pokémon Concierge season 2?

Since the new episodes were announced recently, the series is expected to return by the end of the year. Neither the showmakers nor the streamer have confirmed the official release date. Pokémon Concierge director Iku Ogawa said in a conversation with Variety, “Life at the Pokémon Resort continues. Please look forward to it! Let’s see which Pokémon will come visit as a guest this time!”

Likewise, there is no trailer for season 2 of Pokémon Concierge at the time of writing this article.

What could be the plot for Pokémon Concierge season 2?

The series’ producer, Hidenaga Katakami, hinted about the kinds of Pokémon future episodes can feature. While talking to Variety, he said, “Because it’s on an island and we are near water, there are a lot of water-type Pokémon that appeared.” 

Katakami added, “In the future, maybe we’ll have some more water-type Pokémon, but at the same time, maybe it’ll be interesting if you do the opposite. For example, electric-type Pokémon are not really good near water, but maybe it’s interesting if you bring them to a water-rich environment and see how they react.”
