ROUNDUP

BASEBALL

In a Merrimack Valley Conference contest, Kyle Cummings recorded a pair of doubles to lead Tewksbury (10-7) to a 3-1 victory over Billerica.

Lucas Riley had two hits and two RBI while AJ Baroncelli and Thomas Whiteside added another hit and RBI each as Oliver Ames defeated Sharon, 4-3, in the Hockomock Conference.

BOYS LACROSSE

Todd Egan tallied five goals and three assists as South Shore Tech defeated Cardinal Spellman, 15-8, in a nonleague contest.

Cooper Dunham notched six goals and three assists while Sean Rivard recorded five goals and two assists to lead Danvers past Salem, 19-6, in a Northeastern league game. … Jason Rothwell scored three times as Swampscott trimmed Masconomet, 10-9.

GIRLS LACROSSE

In nonleague action, Alex Bushey scored nine times as Haverhill (10-4) defeated Somerville 12-5.

In the Cape Ann League, Allie Wile (three goals, one assist), Halle Greenleaf (two goals, four assists), and Lily Cummins (two goals) led Ipswich to a 13-3 win over Essex Tech.

Julia Kipperman recorded five goals as Nauset bested Barnstable, 15-4, in the Cape and Islands league.

Emma Finch scored four goals and Kristine Nocco added another three to lead Greater Lowell Tech to a 13-10 win over Mystic Valley in the Commonwealth Athletic Conference.

In the Northeastern Conference, Sophia Ciciotti and Cecilia Tripp Each had two goals as Swampscott edged Masconomet, 9-7. … Megan McGinnity had 10 saves, giving her 600 for her career, as Danvers doubled up on Salem, 14-7.

Jill Martin scored four goals as Chelmsford defeated Nashoba 14-5 in a nonleague contest.

SOFTBALL

In a Tri-Valley League matchup, Priya Bedard finished 4-for-4 at the plate with an inside the park home run to lead Medway (10-5) past Norwood, 8-4.

In the Merrimack Valley Conference, Whitney Gigante compiled 12 strikeouts as Tewksbury (14-3) doubled up Billerica, 6-3.

VOLLEYBALL

Nick Brancaccio had 12 kills, three kills and three digs, while Nick Britton had 14 digs as Braintree swept North Quincy, 3-0.

Timmy Kearney registered 25 assists as Lincoln-Sudbury defeated Waltham/Weston 3-0 in the Dual County League.
