Harbor history floats on by

The USS Constitution took a spin around Boston Harbor, fired off its gun, and returned back to the Charlestown Navy Yard. Just a bit of history in our own port. Old Ironsides was undefeated in battle and destroyed or captured 33 opponents. The ship earned the nickname of Old Ironsides during the War of 1812 when British
cannonballs were seen bouncing off the ship’s wooden hull.
