GIRLS LACROSSE

Alex Proefrock, Izzy Kittredge, and Kelly Blake each had four goals, while Katelyn Nicotera had 13 saves as Medfield defeated Manchester-Essex 16-5 in a nonleague game. … Jill Martin tallied five goals and eight draw controls and Catherine Craig added four goals as Chelmsford beat Pinkerton Academy, 13-10. … Bailey Lower recorded eight goals while Emerson Pekarcik added three goals and four assists to lead Nantucket to a 17-4 victory over North Reading.

In Atlantic Coast action, Julia Kipperman filled the stat sheet with four goals and seven assists to notch her 100th career goal as Nauset defeated Mashpee, 20-1.

In the South Coast Conference, Cece Levrault finished with five goals while Jayleigh Howarth and Cynthia Morales added four goals apiece to lead Apponequet (13-1) to a 18-2 win over Seekonk.

BASEBALL

In the Catholic Conference, Brady Shea struck out 18 in a two-hitter as St. John’s of Shrewsbury (13-4) shut out BC High, 4-0.

Dom Pefine earned his fourth win of the season as North Andover defeated Chelmsford 6-1 in the Merrimack Valley Conference.

Ryan MacEachern had a complete-game two-hitter and also drove in a pair of runs as Lynnfield beat Essex Tech, 10-0. … Nicholas Nasiff went 2-for-5 with three RBI, including the game-winner in the top of the ninth, as Bishop Stang defeated Dartmouth, 6-4. … Josh Doney went the distance with 6 Ks as St. Mary’s of Lynn blanked Pope Francis 4-0. … Dillon Waterhouse earned the win with six strong innings while striking out five as North Attleboro outlasted Natick, 4-3. … Brett Mulligan (6 innings) and Sam Gonser (1 innings) combined on a no-hitter, striking out 12, as Catholic Memorial (7-7) defeated Lowell, 7-0..

Colin Lemay, Lucas Riley and David Rodgers all had two hits and an RBI as Oliver Ames defeated Stoughton 7-4 in the Hockomock League.

BOYS LACROSSE

Jack Carr had five goals, while Sean Rockwood added two goals and six assists as Stoughton defeated Bay Path 10-1 in a nonleague contest. … Jake Ryan and Connor Harvey each registered hat tricks as Danvers defeated Bishop Fenwick, 10-6. … Teddy Dreyer (two goals, four assists) and Nate Whitworth (four goals) led a balanced Weston attack to an 18-11 victory over Martha’s Vineyard.

SOFTBALL

In a Catholic Central League contest, Alyssa Burke finished with five hits, three runs, four RBI and recorded her 100th career hit in the process to power Archbishop Williams to a 12-8 victory over Cardinal Spellman.

Chloe Seto and Nicole Dowd drove in runs in the seventh to lift Wakefield past Wilmington 4-3 in the Middlesex Freedom.

In a nonleague matchup, Edy Latour tossed a no-hitter and struck out seven as Dighton-Rehoboth downed Bishop Feehan, 12-0. … Sharlotte Stazinski struck out 16 in a complete-game effort and recorded a pair of triples with three RBI as Walpole defeated Gloucester, 5-2. … Captain Erin Condon singles to score Noey Giardina for the winning run as Hanover (7-7) rallied from a four-run deficit to edge East Bridgewater, 8-7. …Seventh grade pitcher Camryn Collier had six strikeouts and one earned run in her first varsity start, while eighth grader Ava McCue and freshman Ashlyn Brady each had three hits as Latin Academy defeated Martha’s Vineyard, 18-6.

In an Independent School League game, Jackie Giordano tossed a one-hitter with 16 strikeouts to boost Brooks to a 3-0 win over Thayer.
