Hungary January 2023: Skoda Octavia topples Suzuki S-Cross, Vitara

The Skoda Octavia is the best-selling vehicle in Hungary in January.

8,040 new passenger cars hit Hungarian roads in January, a -3.3% year-on-year decrease. This month the Skoda Octavia (+178.5%) takes the lead of the models ranking, toppling the Suzuki S-Cross (+15.6%) and Vitara (+49.3%). The Toyota Corolla (+30.7%) is faithful to the 4th place it held over the Full Year 2023, it distances the Kia Ceed (-29.9%) and Toyota Hilux. The Hyundai Tucson is up to #8 vs. #24 over the FY2023, the Nissan Qashqai up to #11 vs. #20, the Toyota Corolla Cross (+26.3%) up to #13 vs #28 and the Hyundai i20 up to #15 vs. #71.
